HOW TO GET HERE
Get here by airplane
The nearest airport is the South Lapland Airport (VHM) in Vilhelmina. The airport is used by the airline Amapola Flyg AB and can be reached via Stockholm Arlanda (ARN). You can book your ticket over the website amapola.nu. The estimated flight time is approximately 2 h 10 min with a stop over in Lycksele.
Please note and consider this for your connecting flight: You have to claim and re-check-in your luggage for your onward flight after having arrived in Stockholm from outside Sweden. Allow yourself a minimum of 2 hours transit time.
Alternatively, you can book a flight to Östersund, Arvidsjaur or Umeå. Östersund and Umeå can only be reached via Stockholm. During winter time, you can reach Arvidsjaur directly coming from Germany. If you use one of these airports, it is possible to travel to Vilhelmina by car, train or bus.
Transfer to our camp: We will pick you up in Vilhelmina at the airport. Per person one transfer from and to the Vilhelmina airport is included in our travel arrangements. The duration of the transfer is about 30 min.
Get here by train
The nearest train station is Vilhelmina. During summer time you can use the swedish Inlandsbanan to get here. During winter time, there is the snötåget which connects Stockholm with Östersund. The line Mora - Östersund is available once a day in both directions and a night train is offered for the line Stockholm - Östersund. During winter time, you have to get to Vilhelmina from Östersund either by car or bus.
Transfer to our camp: We will pick you up in Vilhelmina at the train station. Per person one transfer from and to the Vilhelmina train station is included in our travel arrangements. The duration of the transfer is about 15 min.
Get here by bus
The nearest bus station is «Volgsele E45» which is approximately 2.5 km away from our camp. The next bigger bus station is Vilhelmina. Lanstrafiken daily offers various bus connections to Vilhelmina. Time tables and tickets are available over the website tabussen.nu or resrobot.se.

- Line 43 Vilhelmina - Lycksele
- Line 45 Östersund - Gällivare (via Arvidsjaur)
- Line 48 Vilhelmina - Åsele - Umeå

Get here by car
Aronsjökullarna lies approximately 20 km north of Vilhelmina near the E45, which crosses Swedens inland from Göteborg in the south to Karesuando in the north. Bigger cities in the proximity are Östersund in the south and Umeå respectively Skellefteå in the east, which are both approximately 250 km away.
